The Ontario Health Minister's office has received The Final Report and Recommendations of the Adult Congenital Heart Disease Panel submitted jointly by the Cardiac Care Network of Ontario and the Provincial Council for Children’s Health. The report outlines some very important issues that need to be dealt with, if adult congenital heart patients are to receive quality care. We simply want the Minister to pay attention to the Report and take some action.
